Flour is obtained by grinding the cake of grape seed as a byproduct of wine production. The usefulness of grape flour is in many ways similar to the usefulness of oil. Grape seed flour is characterized by a high ORAC value, high in calcium, potassium and fiber, and low in carbohydrates. Gluten and sodium free.


In addition to all of the above, it contains vitamins E, B1, B2, P, PP, provitamin A, resveratrol, epicatechin, catechin, quercetin, anthocyanin, flavanol, campferol, miracetin, and at least 5% grape seed oil.
